Common questions
How is Right Partners different from a recruitment agency?
We're not a recruitment agency, but we do recruitment. Every role we work on is assessed against a commercial and strategic context — what the business is trying to achieve and what the role needs to deliver. We've held these jobs. We know what good looks like from the inside, not from a CV.
What does organisational design mean in practice?
It means asking whether your business is structured in a way that allows your commercial strategy to actually execute. Most aren't — especially after growth spurts or technology changes. We map current structures, identify gaps and misalignments, and recommend changes that improve how decisions are made and how work gets done.
What is a fractional expert and when do we need one?
A fractional expert provides senior commercial or digital leadership on a part-time basis — typically one to three days per week. It's the right solution when a business needs the thinking of a CCO or digital director but isn't ready to commit to a full-time hire. Right Partners can provide this directly or source the right person for your business.
Can you help us recruit if we already have an HR team?
es. Most HR teams are generalists. Recruiting for a Head of E-Commerce or a Digital Trading Manager requires a very specific understanding of what the role involves commercially. We work alongside your HR team as a specialist assessor — not instead of them.
Do you only recruit for senior roles?
Primarily yes — our value is most pronounced at the level where commercial judgement matters most. That's typically Head of level and above across e-commerce, digital, trading, marketing and technology functions. We can advise on more junior briefs but our hands-on involvement delivers the most impact at the senior end.
